1. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment is successfully authorized and verified.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or U.S. holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders or a processing delay, customers will be notified by email.
2. Shipping Method and Delivery Time
Titan Performance offers Standard Shipping via UPS Ground within the United States only.
Estimated transit time after shipment: UPS Ground standard delivery timeframe based on destination. Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
3. Shipping Rates
We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders.
4. Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your UPS tracking number. Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours.
5. Delivery Responsibility
Titan Performance is responsible for your order until it is marked delivered by UPS to the address provided at checkout.
Once a shipment is confirmed as delivered by the carrier, Titan Performance is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers are encouraged to ensure a secure delivery location.
6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, you must contact us within 14 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date).
Upon verification, Titan Performance will replace the item at no additional cost. We may require photos of damaged items or packaging to process a replacement.
7. Address Accuracy and Failed Deliveries
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If a package is returned due to:
- an incorrect or incomplete address, or
- failure to receive the delivery,
the customer may be responsible for any reshipping costs once the package is returned to us.
8. Shipping Delays Outside Our Control
Transit times may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or other events outside our control. Titan Performance is not liable for shipping delays once an order has been transferred to the carrier.
9. Shipping Coverage Area
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not offered.
